bread are slathered with one of my favorites: heart - healthy smashed avocado mixed with sea salt and fresh lime
juice.
Grill or
toast the
bread, spread a nice thick layer of whipped ricotta on each piece, and top with the ramps and their
juices.
Served over baby arugula and pieces of
toasted bread that soak up all those delicious chicken
juices, it's a homey dish that Jeffrey would no doubt approve of.
