idea how many calories I consume but this is an outline of what I usually eat; for
breakfast I'll have 2 - 3 boiled or over easy eggs with spinach, avocado, tomatoes
and mushroom, then for
snacks I'll eat a handful of carrots with hummus, half a cucumber, a whole tomato, a handful of olives, a can of tuna with olive oil / pepper / salt (I'll have 2 - 3
