If you're anything like me your stomach may have been a little
bit stretched over the Christmas period so eating this slow releasing energy
breakfast means you shouldn't be hungry until at least lunchtime, helping to keep those hunger pangs at bay because of the chocolate we previously ate
during the festive period at 10 am!
While I typically don't like spending more than five minutes on
breakfast during the week, I allow myself to sip my coffee and linger in the kitchen a
bit longer on Saturdays and Sundays.

bite to eat
during breakfast or dinner might work with your travel plans, stopping each time someone gets the munchies will cause some major delays.

during a day I always eat 20gr of walnuts / pecans / almonds / peanuts for

Foodwise, they don't cost a fortune to feed and my three do pretty well on a dental chew for
breakfast, a main meal in the afternoon and a couple of dog biscuits, rawhide chews or something similar such as a pigs ear or a
bit of paddywhack
during the day to help keep their teeth clean.
Dining Grab a
bite from a snack bar / deli, or stay in and take advantage of the bed &
breakfast's room service (
during limited hours).
Families are also superbly catered for when it comes to dining options with a fantastic
breakfast buffet and dinner and also a 24 hour «lite -
bite» deli / supermarket which offers food and drinks as well as a gift shop that opens
during the day.

breakfast's restaurant, where you can take in a garden view, or stay in and take advantage of room service (
during limited hours).
It's different
during the summer though, when my days aren't so hectic and I can take a
bit of time to develop an appetite and make an appetizing and slightly more ambitious
breakfast.
