BREAKFAST BREAD PUDDING 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided) 1 (12 - ounce) package thick cut bacon 1/2 pound loose sweet Italian sausage 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes 1 cup ham (diced) 4 large eggs 2 cups whole milk 6 - 7 slices day - old sandwich bread (cubed, Pullman loaf) 4 scallions (root ends removed, thinly sliced) 2 cups fresh sharp cheddar (shredded) maple syrup (to serve, optional) Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Overnight Baked Peach French Toast is a delicious
breakfast bread pudding made with cinnamon swirl bread, juicy peaches throughout, topped with a buttery brown sugar oat crumble and made on the lighter side.
When I returned home, I was surprised to see I had a few croissants left over and rather than toss them, I decided to use them in a delicious
breakfast bread pudding.

I think I'll take some of this
