For the past few weeks (ever since I gave up
coffee), I've been getting up early to make a green
breakfast smoothie.
Here's my favorite
coffee smoothie recipe, which I often eat for
breakfast.
This iced
coffee smoothie contains only five ingredients and is your morning caffeine boost and
breakfast all in one.
I go through bottles of the vanilla liquid stevia, in my baking (see here or here), in my
smoothies, in my
coffee, in my desserts, and in my
breakfast oats (just to name a few).
Before Keto, my
breakfasts were usually a simple
coffee protein
smoothie, overnight oats or avocado toast.

A great one for
coffee, baking or
breakfast smoothies is cinnamon.
When I compared what these experts eat for
breakfast, I realized that there were basically only three options:
coffee or
coffee with fat, a
smoothie, or eggs with meat and / or vegetables and fruit.
There are plenty of choices to ensure your next
coffee,
smoothie or
breakfast cereal doesn't feel like an udder loser.
Best use: Full cream milk can be used in everything from
smoothies and
coffee to
breakfast cereals, scrambled eggs and even drunk straight up — no chaser.
Tally up how much you spend on bagels,
coffee shop
smoothies, or whatever else counts for
breakfast.
MEAL PLAN
Breakfast: Pre-workout drink,

That's why I'm all about health hacks that make me feel great in my body from the inside out — like adding healthy fats to my
