The fact is, though, that by loading up on sugar and fat
first thing in the
morning most people aren't doing
breakfast right.
Here's a quick and easy
breakfast for when you're craving your greens
first thing in the
morning.
Because quinoa has so much protein
in it, it's pretty much the most epic
breakfast food on the planet, so anytime I have can eat it
first thing in the
morning, I see it as a major victory.
