food choices, and several other reasons can account for this.
I
too use coconut oil, but a lot of my
food, including my
breakfast eggs end up tasting like coconut, not a flavour I'm
too crazy about.
Eating 4 - 6 times a day actually increases the metabolism and makes it far more efficient than going without
breakfast, or just having a piece of fruit for lunch, then finding yourself starving by mid afternoon, short tempered and irritable (due to low blood sugar), then ending up eating either wrong

too — like smoked salmon or salted cod with a boiled potato or plantain; pizza — nuff said; boiled eggs in a salad or boiled eggs with potato, avocado and homemade dressing (tahini, evoo, lemon juice, water, salt and pep); SMOOTHIES with chia seeds or nut butters
I guess if you forgot to eat any kind of beans for supper and need to blunt the effect of your
breakfast doughnut, it's theoretically not
too late — but in general I encourage people to administer their
food orally.
