I just started the Whole 30 Cleanse yesterday, and
since breakfast for me is usually eggs and / or lots of carbs, I was looking for some good
options.
Since I'm gluten free due to celiac disease I'm always looking for new
breakfast options!

I was particularly curious about the
breakfast section
since eggs aren't recommended and I was pleased to find some hearty grain - free
options like the sweet potato hash with lamb sausage and salmon lox with sautéed vegetables.
Since I started testing this acai bowl recipe a couple of weeks ago it has become one of my favourite
breakfast options.
I think it's important to enjoy sipping your coffee (I usually do this while sifting through emails from the night before) and
since breakfast is the healthiest meal of the day, I always make sure I eat before heading out.I make sure my outfit is preplanned the night before, I sometimes have a few different
options in case the weather decides not to cooperate (and
since I live in Vancouver it's highly likely that it will be raining when you wake up.)

Since this is an all inclusive resort, several diding
options are offer to guests: El Tucan - buffet serving
breakfast, lunch and dinner El Rancho - a la carte restaurant for fine dining (reservations required) El Palenque - snack bar serving light fare El Ron Ron and - poolside bar serving beverages El Cocobolo - lobby bar serving beverages
I think the Hilton card has the Hyatt beat on status benefits
since Hilton Gold offers free
breakfasts, the upgrades don't seem to be as restricted, and there's always the
option for the 5th night free.
