breakfast or lunch almost every day.

lunch is usually leftovers of some sort and then dinner is most likely going to be a big salad
or a big bowl of roasted veggies with some beans
or tempeh.
Gluten - containing grains, dairy and eggs are present at
almost every meal of a standard American diet, whether it is
breakfast cereals with milk, muffins with yogurt
or toasts with eggs for
breakfast, cheese and egg sandwiches for
lunch and pasta, burgers
or pizza for dinner.
Heh, you underestimate how my body works: Most people feel dizzy
or faint without food, I literally skip
breakfast and
lunch on an
almost daily basis.
I could imagine using this for
almost any occasion,
breakfast muffins, a delicious assortment of sandwiches for
lunch,
or of course more traditional appetizers like cheese, crackers
or bread, olives, nuts, etc..
