breakfast while I was there,

Now, when it's still cold and snowy outside I prefer a warm

porridge will be for sure my absolute favourite
breakfast treat for spring and summer.

I used to have oats
porridge everyday for
breakfast with almonds and walnuts.
It's about eating meals that make you feel your best — that might mean a bowl of almond milk

We use goji berries in our
porridge before
breakfast, but I haven't really tried cooking
with them.
You can incorporate millet into your
breakfast with a hot bowl of millet
porridge.
As much as I do love summery
breakfasts with lots of fresh fruit, the UK weather is unpredictable at the best of times and sometimes chocolate
porridge is needed!
However, when these oats are heated low and slow for several hours, they develop more of a creamy,
porridge - like consistency, making them something extra special for
breakfast especially when you mix them
with fresh, juicy peaches.

I'm on a constant diet / exercise regime and having one flapjack
with a 0 % yogurt for
breakfast replaces my
porridge quite nicely I thought!!
For now however, I'm very content in using chai in a variety of yummy
breakfast recipes, from spiced
porridge to delicious yoghurt bowls
with chai granola.
But I love pomegranate
with breakfast: as a topping for non-dairy yogurt,
porridge, granola, chia pudding or even pancakes.
