problem there though... if I'm prepping something for my daughters
breakfast that requires baking time, that's when I try to get my other meal & food prep done like washing, chopping, storing veggies / fruit for the week, meal planning, portioning my
proteins for quick meals, etc..
I try to have both healthy fats AND
protein at
breakfast (and at every other meal... but it seems most people have a
problem getting it in at
breakfast) and it definitely sets the right tone for the rest of the day!
Whether it's a
breakfast smoothie, a fresh desk - side salad, or a
protein rich post workout treat, the only
problem will be choosing which one.

problems we have today, and how did we start eating things like cereal, donuts, bagels and the like for

breakfast and lunch the same is not a
problem.
