For instance, your

breakfast before I go to the gym to strengthen my back and take care of my hernias.
And for
smoothies yes thats all I have for
breakfast, I make big ones though, normally
with two bananas as the base and then lots of other fruit, some spinach or kale, dates and then a mixture of some nuts / seeds / super-foods, either chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp protein, spirulina, maca, oats, almond butter etc..
I don't tend to eat before a morning workout as I end up
with a stomach ache but I make sure I have a filling dinner the night before and have a big
breakfast straight after such as porridge and a
smoothie with lots of platbased protein too!
As I'm writing this my daughter's having chia
breakfast pudding and kale & berry
smoothie with acai powder added
I've now totally transitioned into having a
smoothie every day
with my
breakfast, to the point that it feels weird getting up without one.
It tastes perfect
with granola or mixed into
smoothies for
breakfast, and as a milk substitute in every recipe — I use it in everything from baking to
breakfast and even things like soups!
Breakfast might be a nutritious green
smoothie (avocado, coconut oil, spinach, spirulina, flaxseed and lemon) or a quick frittata made
with lots of grated carrots and courgettes and herbs.
