Many people do lose weight

There is just something about cooling and filling

Breakfast Smoothie is great
when you are trying to stick to a healthy eating plan.

when the bunch of bananas you've been staring at for 4 days finally decides to stop teasing and go all speckle - y soft and sweet — blend a
