While we don't mind eating leftover supper for
breakfast and leftover lunch for supper we eat a variety of foods depending
on the season (the vegetables in our veg box change every
week so we get the variety without too much planning
on our part) and how we're feeling — so if we're cold and tired then we prefer cooked food and when it's hot we enjoy plenty of raw foods.

A yummy snack and an easy to make healthy
breakfast are our featured dishes

Up until a few
weeks ago, I had quite the morning routine — pretend that I was clean, pick out something to wear that I would inevitably freeze to death in, and purchase a scrumptious
breakfast wrap filled with avocado, egg whites, and oozy cheese
on my way to work.
The kiddos I nanny for during the
week are starting pre-school, and as much as it breaks my heart to part with them for the afternoons, I love having new projects to work
on, like making sure they have easy, quick
breakfasts.
I make something similar for
breakfast every morning, this sounds so refreshing, I am putting it
on my list of things to try this
week.
I love giant muffins with sky - high tops — these look delicious and I'm a big fan of any thing that uses berries Thanks for the great tip

What I love about
breakfast bars is they can be made
on Sunday (during my routine weekly meal prep) and can stay fresh through the work
week.
