You may have pain in
your breasts during letdown.
I didn't have very high hopes for milk collection, but I followed the advice of breastfeeding moms and used this on my other
breast during letdown.
Not exact matches
A baby struggling with milk flow may be fussy at the
breast and choke, sputter, or pull away often
during letdown.
During letdown, a mom may see milk dripping or spraying from the
breast not in use.
Other moms are more comfortable
during a laid back position where a mom is leaning back and baby is on top of her body kind of faced down into the
breast so both of these were a baby is in more control of that flow, that heavy flow but also the forceful
letdown that somebody had mentioned that helps and just a have a little bit more control of it so they can coordinate their suck, swallow and breathe pattern a little bit better too
If you are tandem nursing, you can have toddler drink for the first minute or two
during the
letdown, and then pop baby back on
breast.
If you want to save the milk from the other
breast that's released
during letdown (each drop is so valuable!)
It feels like you have a pesky pea, or marble, or golf ball in your
breast and sometimes
during letdown, I'd get shooting pains in the area.
The pain can occur right after feeds as your
breasts begin to refill and
during letdown when your milk is traveling through the ducts at a high force.
