Basically it's just mayo, lemon juice (and / or vinegar), garlic, fresh
basil (or pesto), and a generous helping of
bright green hot sauce.
For the lemon -
basil canola oil: In pot with boiling salted water, blanch
basil and spinach until
bright green.
Take the chickpea: young,
green chickpeas are blitzed with Thai
