Add the steamed
broccoli in this same
pan you
sauteed the onion and with a potato masher, mash the
broccoli.
While the noodles and
broccoli are cooking, heat the coconut oil
in a large
saute pan over medium - high heat.
In a frying
pan over medium heat,
saute zucchini, squash, bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, and
broccoli until they are soft.
I use my large
saute pan to cook the sausage, put it
in the baking dish, then
saute / steam the
broccoli in the same
pan and store it with the sausage — later on I will only need to boil the pasta and make the bechamel.
Warm the coconut oil

saute for about 3 - 4 minutes, until they turn bright green
in color.
