I always use a microwave to melt chocolate, but you can use a double
broiler too.
Cooking these delicious guys are quick and easy, only 15 - 20 minutes (I did a few minutes in
the broiler too because who doesn't love golden brown cheese?!?).

I finish it off under the
broiler for 2 - 3 minutes other wise the
too does not brown even after 30 - 33 minutes.
I had to put the finished dish under the
broiler (and left it a tad
too long — whoops), but the results — so smooth, so worth it.
If you don't have a torch, you can place under a
broiler briefly (not
too close to the heat source) until it starts to colour.
Lay the cookies out on a foil lined sheet (make sure it's small enough to fit under the
broiler if your
broiler's in the bottom of the oven) and top with a square or two of chocolate followed by a marshmallow and broil for about a minute, making sure nothing catches on fire or burns
too too much.
I might put it under
broiler to finish it off
too, my boys like the crunch on top!
My only problems were that 45 minutes was way
too long and I needed to use the
broiler to ensure most of the fat was rendered from the bacon.
Roast in the oven on a rack that's placed in the middle oven the oven (not
too high like a
broiler pan and not on the bottom rack).
Place under
broiler and broil for a few minutes, just until mozzarella starts to melt, or it will become
too watery.
This sauce goes great with chicken,
too and you can use it as a baste indoors, under the
broiler, or while grilling the meat.
You could turn on the
broiler for a few seconds to brown the topping

However, if you do it I would add breadcrumbs and cover it with foil while it is baking (not
too long) so it doesn't dry out and then put it under the
broiler for 1 - 2 min just to brown the crumbs.
Perfect for the barbecue or outdoor grill, it works perfectly well inside
too, placed under the
broiler or on an indoor grill.
I roasted the tomatoes and corn under the
broiler to add a bit of caramelized flavour
too.
I had no issues during the low
broiler setting but I did notice that it started to smell funky if I kept it in the oven on high
broiler for
too long (more than 10 minutes).
I have been quite late to the pumpkin / squash party myself this season but now I want to eat pumpkin every single day I made Creme Brulée (with coconut milk) only once, but I didn't have a blow torch and used the
broiler function in the oven
too and it worked great!
Tip: if they're
too gooey to flip without destroying, throw them under the
broiler for a second to set the top, then flip!
