properties while I am out there I will half to set up times to with the
brokers or realtors ahead of time.
@Daniel Pichardo I recommend looking for the direct turnkey provider (one who actually owns the house and isn't
brokering the deal) I also recommend in house
property management and
visiting the area that you choose to invest.
You will not allow other
brokers to
visit my
property unaccompanied.
