vs. brown flax seeds?
According the nutritional information from the Nature's Path brand of
organic brown flax seeds, two tablespoons contain 4 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and 6 % of the average adult's calcium needs.
As I live in Germany I converted the cup measurements into grams — > 1
cup brown flax seeds = 160 gr / — > 1/2 cup parmesan cheese = 63 gr I used to bake it in a 26 cm cake - pan.
* A 30g serving is 99 calories and on non-fast days I will add a tablespoon of chia seeds and one of golden or
brown flax seeds with 250 ml of skimmed milk for breakfast.
