Can you suggest a way to make them drier and more crumbly so they resemble traditional
brownies a bit more?
The cocoa made
the brownies a bit more «cake like» than what I prefer.

Also, I find 5 or even 6 generous tablespoons of cacao powder work better than 4 as they make the
brownies much
more chocolaty and disguise the sweet potato flavour a
bit better.
Eating them frozen is actually amazing... kind of like eating the kind of
brownie bites you would find in conventional ice creams, but way
more nutritious and delicious!
I added subbed honey for the maple syrup and added a
bit more to make the
brownies and icing to please our sweeter tooth.
Also added almost 1 / 4c extra maple syrup, because my kids are used to
brownies with 3c sugars so added a
bit more.
This definitely would've given the

I have made these
brownies with cocoa powder before as well and I think the only difference was that the cocoa powder
brownies turned out a
bit more fudgy than the ones I made today.
