Remove from the oven, lift
the brownies out of the tin by holding the baking paper and leave to cool on a wire rack.

the brownie out of the tin with the paper).

out of the oven, run a knife around the edges then evenly sprinkle 1 cup
of the chocolate chips on top before covering the pan with
tin foil so the chocolate can melt.
