bucatini, any other hollowed - out pasta shapes, such as penne or rigatoni, work just fine.
If unavailable, substitute
bucatini or spaghetti.
bucatini pasta (use penne or something similar
if you can't find it; I have made this with whole wheat penne) 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 Tbsp.
If you are unable to find perciatelli or
bucatini, substitute linguine.
