Hi Holly If using quinoa it would be quinoa flour so you just
do the same as with
buckwheat flour.

I have
buckwheat groats and oat groats so I might go a little wild and
do a version using both.
They
do a» decortiquees sarrasin» which is
buckwheat pieces which would work and raw cacao powder and all the nut butters.
It couldn't be easer to make too, all you have to
do is slice up the veggies, cook them with coconut oil for ten minutes and then mix them in with some
buckwheat noodles, dried herbs, tahini, lemon juice and tamari.
I used quinoa flour instead of the
buckwheat as we don't like the taste of the latter.
