I didn't have the whole wheat flour, but I have
buckwheat flour so I used that and AP flour in equal amounts.

flour, like

so I wonder in many of your recipes if ground almond could be replaced by

flour so you just do the same as with
buckwheat flour.

flour would be great, I know it woulds with
buckwheat / coconut / brown rice and spelt
so I really think oats would be great!
You could try using
buckwheat flour instead but I have never tried it before
so not too sure how it would turn out x
I did use «ordinary» dates and coconut
flour instead of
buckwheat so I don't know if that would be the issue?

so I'm not too sure but I imagine that grinding the groats enough will make it form into a
flour.
I am pretty sure they were 100 %
buckwheat, too,
so those who are celiac or have other gluten /
flour sensitivities and allergies could enjoy delicious and very nutty flavored pancakes!
I've never had that with the recipe - sometimes the
flour sinks to the bottom of the mixture a little
so the first one can be too runny
so make sure to stir just before pouring or you could try adding a little but more
buckwheat flour!

buckwheat flour, almond meal, and
so much more.
Just made these they were pretty good, but I was basically out of oats,
so I had to use 1/2 c oats, the 1/4 c each
buckwheat mix and chickpea
flour.
The
buckwheat and almond are both naturally high in protein
so they work well here, the almond giving it a slightly softer texture than if you were to use another whole grain
flour (quinoa, millet, sorghum).
Buckwheat ones are often mixed with a little AP
flour,
so it's always very critical to ask.

I love to add savory flavors to my breads (sun - dried tomatoes, garlic, and olives are actually my favorite ones), but this time I wanted something really nourishing,
so I decided to go for a combination of rye,
buckwheat, and wholemeal
flours enriched with seeds and nuts for a crunchy texture.
I looked for them awhile back but couldn't find them at any of the big grocery stores we go to around here,
so I settled for
buckwheat cereal, which is just the groats ground down a bit more, but not all the way to
flour.

It's not beautiful like yours (I think you mentioned in a previous post) that

so my cake is pretty dark.

I think the oat
flour would work, though
buckwheat is slightly more absorbent,
so you may need a tad more.
I think the preground
flour is probably a bit stronger in flavor than if you grind it yourself,
so I will be getting some
buckwheat groats and grinding them next time, just for a slightly milder flavor.
And I did not have masa
flour so I used
buckwheat.
Sadly I didn't have blanched almond
flour and was too lazy to go to the store to get some
so I substituted with a mix of

buckwheat flour is gluten free
so replacing all the white
flour in a recipe with
buckwheat flour won't yield the best results.
It just makes things way too dense / dry
so I used
buckwheat flour and gf oat
flour and ommitted the eggs too... It turned out yummy.
I'm using soba noodles, which are made from the finest organic wheat and

so this soup is not carb - free, but has some amount of very good carbs.

i combine the peanut
flour and almond milk separately and then added that to the
buckwheat (it wasnt heated, just room temp), last i added the chia seeds and stirred them up together
so the seeds could «gel» everything together.
