I used
buckwheat groats instead of rolled oats, and instead of coconut sugar I used the remaining sweetened coconut flakes I had with about 2 tablespoons of honey.

Instead of oats, I went with
buckwheat, which I have enjoyed in the past, but I usually eat the
groats raw (soaked, then blended into a pudding like this).
I also used almonds
instead of hazelnuts (because they're more affordable where we are) and seeing as I was soaking the
buckwheat groats I also soaked all the nuts and seeds.
Also,
instead of the oats you could use
buckwheat groats.
