It's a simple mix of whole
buckwheat groats which I profess my love for here, and some melted vegan chocolate chips.
You just need to roast raw dried
buckwheat groats which makes them even crunchier x
Sadly there aren't any alternatives for things like
buckwheat groats which you need for the crunch, and cacao powder which you need for the chocolaty flavour.
Soaking removes this substance and also activates the inherent enzymes in
the buckwheat groat which aid the digestive process.

buckwheat groats so i used quinoa pops instead
which worked well although I think the
groats will give a lovely crunch.
