Everyone
loves buffalo flavor and this is a healthy twist on what could be a not - so - healthy meal.
I decided to make an egg beater breakfast wrap: 1/3 cup scrambled egg beaters, half a cup of fresh baby spinacy, 1 slice
of buffalo flavored cheese, and strawberries on the side.
He doesn't
do buffalo flavored stuff so I used half buffalo sauce and half bbq sauce and onion in place of celery.
Plus, the Kitchen hosts test just how hot your hot sauce is and reveal new twists on the
classic buffalo flavor with hummus, potatoes and meatballs.
To give these wings the
delicious buffalo flavor, I subbed out some of the water when I cooked the quinoa with buffalo wing sauce.
Made with a dreamy mixture
of buffalo flavors and (you guessed it) my favorite Avocado Oil Mayo, we're twice - baking these spaghetti squash bowls into perfection.
And I think
the buffalo flavor would have got me first too

So - if you like cauliflower - you will probably like the buffalo cauliflower dish but I won't do it again - baked / breaded / fried because for starters - despite my moral aversion to eating meat - I love chicken too much and
buffalo flavor is great on alot but its best partner will always be chicken but the main reason - I just don't like cauliflower all that much and especially cooked.
When you're ready to serve, pop these babies right into the slow cooker for about 2 hours, really letting
the buffalo flavors soak right in.
The buffalo flavor that we all know and love is typically made by combining vinegar, butter, and a cayenne pepper - based hot sauce.
They are not drenched in sauce, yet they are full of
buffalo flavor.
All the spicy
buffalo flavor you love about chicken wings are now jam - packed in a healthy and oh - so Paleo cauliflower bite.
This adds a nice glaze and seals in
the buffalo flavor.
