I'm obsessed
with buffalo sauce on cauliflower right now and this simple, carb - y meal felt pretty good on my upset stomach.
I usually use 2 parts hot sauce to 1 part fat
for buffalo sauce, and I think that same ratio would work well.
It combines roasted cauliflower with
spicy buffalo sauce served in warm tortillas and topped off with fresh avocado, crunchy lettuce and vegan ranch.
In a medium sauce pan, combined quinoa with 1 1/2 cups water and 1/2
cup buffalo sauce.
After these are grilled up, they are served with vegan ranch (and maybe a little
more buffalo sauce if you're addicted to that stuff like me).
The spicy,
cheesy buffalo sauce is so good on its own, the dish is still delicious without the beef.
You know, it never ever even occurred to me that you could make
buffalo sauce at home, lol.
I never
buy buffalo sauce but I've been seeing it everywhere in recipes these days — I must find it!
Then obviously, you NEED to cover the whole thing with
extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese, or cheddar cheese if you're not into the blue.
I added some broccoli and carrots for crunch and some blue cheese just cause well, blue cheese is delicious and in my opinion you can not
do buffalo sauce without some blue cheese.
Of course, anything with
buffalo sauce always comes to mind first and I knew that my buffalo chicken dip would be perfect for a bread bowl.
I
love buffalo sauce, and I'm pretty sure my boyfriend will eat 2 servings of anything I put it on... anything.
This buffalo chicken pasta is right up my alley as I always have
buffalo sauce on hand!
