After the lights go off, kissing
bugs crawl into bed with the slumbering inhabitant and take a blood meal, often sucking around the victim's mouth or eyes.
During their forays, they usually don't intentionally
crawl into a
bed because it offers no prey (unless it has
bed bugs, in which case that person has bigger problems).
