Opportunity Village Eugene (OVE) is a non-profit organization
building tiny house villages for the unhoused.
The city of Olympia, Wash., has, however, made changes to its own zoning laws to
build a tiny house village.
For example, there are meetup groups about tiny houses with hundreds of people, and there is one event being held by some folks thinking of
building a tiny house village in the Richmond area, and the talk itself already has a waiting list of over 50 people.

building codes?

I was actually looking at anything
Tiny House related in Europe as well and although I didn't find anything solid, I did find a
village in Ireland called Cloughjordan that like the
Tiny House Movement, is a lot more environmentally friendly, and by that I mean all
houses have rain harvesting system, are
built of environmentally friendly materials etc..
