building exercises certainly can't hurt, though.

While Hembrow has
certainly provided inspiration for thousands of her followers, it's important to remember that not everybody is
built the same way, and some bodies may not respond to certain diets and
exercise programs the way others do.

building is site - specific (meaning that if you want to
build a muscle you need to highly activate that part of the body), fat loss is most

exercises that target a specific region of the body won't lead to fat loss in that particular region.

exercise you may also want to consider, which is performed on a vibrational machine called the Power Plate.
While bench press can
certainly help
build muscle mass in your pecs, doing
exercises that only focus on your chest is unlikely to speed your metabolism enough to garner significant fat loss.
