Start at the Finish Line Many small
firms map out what sound like goals but are really just cookie cutter objectives like «increase
revenue» or «
build awareness.»
By contrast, law
firms have not sought diversification on anything like a similar scale through
building teams of non-lawyers to add to a broader
revenues portfolio.
Not that I don't enjoy practicing law by any means, but that is, if you ask me, I'm much more interested in
