Batu Karang is a wonderful boutique hotel on
the bukit of Nusa Lembongan.
Ok so here's our selection of photos from when we were down on
the bukit yesterday.
The 36 Villas of Karma Kandara sit atop the «
bukit» land that makes up the southernmost tip of the island.
I musta counted at least 40 boys and girls riding motor bikes down on
the bukit and out on the highway with no shirts, no shoes and no helmet.
If the Police ever reverted back to the old days when they patroled
the bukit area and stopped all the riders for licence and helmet infringments they'd clean up the roads and maybe even save some lives.
Weather wise down on
the bukit it was once again your typical «dry season» stuff with nothing but blue sky and a very warm midday temperature of at least 33 degree's Celsius.
Progress strikes again down on

Yesterday the 19th and we were down on
the bukit and Bali's premier surfing location of ULUWATU.
As we watched the storm clouds rolling over first
the bukit then Kuta then us.
I also loaded a couple of photos from the baliwaves free to view WEB CAM that over looks Impossibles down on
the bukit.
Weather wise we had some more early morning rain fall and now at 8.45 AM there's still a lot of cloud here in Tuban and looking to the South I'd say there's rain falling down towards
the bukit end of the island.

Weather wise Ketut was calling a mainly over cast morning down on the Uluwatu
bukit.
Weather wise down on
the bukit this morning it was amazingly mostly hot and sunny between the set waves and typically overcast when the sets did come through.

I'd also have to admit that the lunch time / afternoon traffic down on
the bukit (southern end of the island) is now worse than it is in Seminyak.
But as it shows in today's colorful photo gallery Ketut and the boys hit the road down to
the bukit for a look at Balangan.

the bukit we had a mostly over cast morning with a few patches of sun shine.
The baliwaves free to view WEB CAM that we have located over looking Impossible's down on
the bukit was also showing some 2 - 3ft waves peeling off this morning while the tide was still running in.
Weather wise today we had a mainly overcast morning down on
the bukit but now here in Tuban at 3.00 PM there's a lot more blue sky and the temperature sitting on 29 degree's Celsius.
Yesterday morning the 30th and we split up into two teams with Ketut heading down along the Legian stretch of beach breaks and Slim making the trip down to
the bukit to see what was up at Uluwatu.
