Then, with my scissors, I curled the strips of picture and invitation like you would the end of a
string on a balloon... and then I just shoved them in the ornament
bulb.

Sticking a Hue
bulb and a motion sensor inside of a closet or pantry is a great way to have the lights automatically turn
on and turn off when you access these places, and it can be really convenient considering that you no longer have to fumble for the light switch or pull
string ever again.
I created a layered effect by hanging filament
bulb string lights, wrapping a couple of trees with twinkle lights, adding lanterns and putting candles
on the table and fireplace.
They're also very convenient in terms of maintenance; since each
bulb is individually
strung on the wire, a single malfunctioning light won't take out the others too.
Take the two sides of the
string and create a knot
on one side of the base of the
bulb, so that both sides of the
string are fastened to one side of the
bulb.
