That's a myth, because as we just learned,
muscle makes us lean, not
bulky —
see the photo above, which was originally posted by Susan W. in one of my challenge groups — it's since gone viral but it clearly illustrates this concept!

see cutting may be necessary to get me down to reducing my body fat (I don't want to get «
bulky» but I may have a different, understanding of
bulky — likely a misunderstanding) and bulking will get the
muscle I want but I'm not too excited about the «puffy» look or feel you just mentioned.
But someone told me to not do sprints or the strength stuff and it might make my legs more
bulky and I should go back to doing long endurance runs because you
see most long distance runners with lean legs and sprinters with more
muscle /
bulky!
