Beautifully detailed, slim LED headlights, similar to those on the new Superb, merge into the now - familiar Skoda grille with its upright slats, while the smaller driving lights that are normally below bumper level have been lifted up just underneath the main headlights in a new four light feature, set to become another Skoda design cue.

Though not unattractive, it doesn't stand out on the road, although this year's design refresh of the grille, front and rear bumpers, headlights, taillights, and fog lights do help to give it a more distinctive look.

The base model featured a separate bumper / grille design with parking lights under the bumper, while the Rally Sport option included a distinctive grille surrounded by a flexible Endura material along with round parking lights beside the headlights and bumperettes surrounding on both sides of the grille.
