Made with mostly Nonfat Greek yogurt, so you're getting
a bunch of added protein (and way less calories) than a mayo or sour cream - based dip.

I opened up all my cupboards, thought about what kind
of nutrition I wanted to get out
of my snack (fiber, vitamins, minerals,
protein, carbs, heathy fats), chopped a dark chocolate bar in half, turned on my hob,
added some water to a small pot, took out a bowl and threw in a
bunch of seemingly random ingredients, rolled that dough into truffles, dipped them in what was by then melted chocolate, stuck the truffles in the freezer for 8 minutes and BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were ready!
So I figured out a way to «cheat» the system (or so I thought) when I first started trying to eat more plants: I tossed a
bunch of produce into the blender, flavored it with some healthy items,
added some
protein, some cocoa powder, and made it into a thick smoothie that was like eating ice cream for breakfast!
It pretty much cancels out any benefit you get from a

I did
add a
bunch of protein powder to change the nutritional profile (sorry, I can't do high carb / low
protein), and probably should have
added a bit more liquid because it came out a little dry.
A lot
of times, gluten free and dairy free
protein powder manufacturers will
add a
bunch of chemical fillers, sugar, and / or other unhealthy ingredients to make the product taste better.
That's why it's the absolute best
protein powder to use with those green smoothie recipes... because you're
adding real food ingredients instead
of a
bunch of fillers, gums, and natural flavors.
The lentils puree
adds fibre,
protein, iron and a whole
bunch of other good things.

One thing that I do is I grind hemp seeds into my almond milk and it makes the almond milk higher in
protein and it
adds a whole
bunch of vitamins and minerals.

bunch of vegetables, fruits and healthy fish
proteins adds to its nutritional value for high - energy dogs.
I know that I'm feeding our dogs
proteins that come from humane farmers, that none
of the meat is being processed in China, and I know she won't
add a
bunch of chemicals or weird ingredients in the treats.
