business, include trade secrets, confidential and proprietary information, and other matters deemed material or important enough to warrant protection; and WHEREAS, Applicant, by reason of his / her interest in Baby Safe Homes and in the course of his / her duties, has access to said secrets and confidential information; and WHEREAS, Baby Safe Homes has trade secrets and other confidential and proprietary information, including procedures, customer lists, and particular desires or needs of such customers to which Applicant has access in the course of his / her duties as an Applicant.nNow, therefore, in consideration of the premises contained herein, the parties agree as follows Applicant shall not, either during the time of his / her franchise evaluation with Baby Safe Homes or at any time thereafter either directly or indirectly, communicate, disclose, reveal, or otherwise use for his / her own benefit or the benefit of any other person or entity, any trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information obtained by Employee by virtue of his / her employment with Baby Safe Homes, in any manner whatsoever, any such information of any kind, nature, or description concerning any matters affecting or relating to the Baby Safe Homes
business, or in the
business of any of its customers or prospective customers, except as required in the course of his / her employment by Baby Safe Homes or except as expressly authorized Baby Safe Homes Franchise Corporation, in writing.nDuring any period of evaluation with Baby Safe Homes, and for two (2) years thereafter, Applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, induce or influence, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away and, during the stated period following termination of employment, call upon or solicit, or attempt to call upon or solicit, any of the customers or patrons Baby Safe Homes including, but not limited to, those upon whom he / she was directly involved, or called upon, or catered to, or with whom became acquainted while engaged in the franchise evaluation process of a Baby Safe Homes franchise
business.

businesses require you to not only create an account, but you must leave your
credit card information with them in order to «take advantage» of their
services, and one of the lures they use to get you there is by offering you a free
credit report.

business, you also get a lot of extra benefits from the
service, including ability to dispute items on your
credit report directly from the Experian website.
Other
credit reporting businesses may require you to sign up for monitoring
services in exchange for your

businesses will send you your
report for free, however these people may charge you later on as they try and enroll you onto a
credit report monitoring
service.
(1) The following shall be exempt from the
Credit Services Organization Act: (a) A person authorized to make loans or extensions of credit under the laws of this state or the United States who is subject to regulation and supervision by this state or the United States or a lender approved by the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for participation in a mortgage insurance program under the National Housing Act, 12 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.; (b) A bank or savings and loan association whose deposit or accounts are eligible for insurance by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or a subsidiary of such a bank or savings and loan association; (c) A credit union doing business in this state; (d) A nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; (e) A person licensed as a real estate broker or salesperson under the Nebraska Real Estate License Act acting within the course and scope of that license; (f) A person licensed to practice law in this state acting within the course and scope of the person's practice as an attorney; (g) A broker - dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission or the Commodity Futures Trading Commission acting within the course and scope of that regulation; (h) A consumer reporting agency; (i) A person whose primary business is making loans secured by liens on real property; (j) A person, firm, corporation, or association licensed as a collection agency in this state or a person holding a solicitor's certificate in this state acting within the course and scope of that license or certificate; and (k) A person licensed to engage in the business of debt management pursuant to sections 69 - 1201 to 69 -

credit under the laws of this state or the United States who is subject to regulation and supervision by this state or the United States or a lender approved by the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for participation in a mortgage insurance program under the National Housing Act, 12 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.; (b) A bank or savings and loan association whose deposit or accounts are eligible for insurance by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or a subsidiary of such a bank or savings and loan association; (c) A credit union doing business in this state; (d) A nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; (e) A person licensed as a real estate broker or salesperson under the Nebraska Real Estate License Act acting within the course and scope of that license; (f) A person licensed to practice law in this state acting within the course and scope of the person's practice as an attorney; (g) A broker - dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission or the Commodity Futures Trading Commission acting within the course and scope of that regulation; (h) A consumer reporting agency; (i) A person whose primary business is making loans secured by liens on real property; (j) A person, firm, corporation, or association licensed as a collection agency in this state or a person holding a solicitor's certificate in this state acting within the course and scope of that license or certificate; and (k) A person licensed to engage in the business of debt management pursuant to sections 69 - 1201 to 69 -

business is making loans secured by liens on real property; (j) A person, firm, corporation, or association licensed as a collection agency in this state or a person holding a solicitor's certificate in this state acting within the course and scope of that license or certificate; and (k) A person licensed to engage in the
business of debt management pursuant to sections 69 - 1201 to 69 - 1217.
Prohibited acts.A
credit services organization, a salesperson, agent, or representative of a credit services organization, or an independent contractor who sells or attempts to sell the services of a credit services organization shall not: (1) Charge a buyer or receive from a buyer money or other valuable consideration before completing performance of all services, other than those described in subdivision (2) of this section, which the credit services organization has agreed to perform for the buyer unless the credit services organization has obtained a surety bond or established and maintained a surety account as provided in section 45 - 805; (2) Charge a buyer or receive from a buyer money or other valuable consideration for obtaining or attempting to obtain an extension of credit that the credit services organization has agreed to obtain for the buyer before the extension of credit is obtained; (3) Charge a buyer or receive from a buyer money or other valuable consideration solely for referral of the buyer to a retail seller who will or may extend credit to the buyer if the credit that is or will be extended to the buyer is substantially the same as that available to the general public; (4) Make or use a false or misleading representation in the offer or sale of the services of a credit services organization, including (a) guaranteeing to erase bad credit or words to that effect unless the representation clearly discloses that this can be done only if the credit history is inaccurate or obsolete and (b) guaranteeing an extension of credit regardless of the person's previous credit problem or credit history unless the representation clearly discloses the eligibility requirements for obtaining an extension of credit; (5) Engage, directly or indirectly, in a fraudulent or deceptive act, practice, or course of business in connection with the offer or sale of the services of a credit services organization; (6) Make or advise a buyer to make a statement with respect to a buyer's credit worthiness, credit standing, or credit capacity that is false or misleading or that should be known by the exercise of reasonable care to be false or misleading to a consumer reporting agency or to a person who has extended credit to a buyer or to whom a buyer is applying for an extension of credit; or (7) Advertise or cause to be advertised, in any manner whatsoever, the services of a credit services organization without filing a registration statement with the Secretary of State under section 45 - 806 unless otherwise provided by the Credit Services Organizatio

Services Organization Act.
(a) On or before March 1, of each year, eachregistrant shall filewith the commissioner an annual
report relatingto
credit services organization
business conducted by the registrant during thepreceding calendar year.
(1) A
credit services organization, its salespersons, agents, and representatives, and independent contractors who sell or attempt to sell the
services of a
credit services organization may not do any of the following: (a) conduct any
business regulated by this chapter without first: (i) securing a certificate of registration from the division; and (ii) unless exempted under Section 13 -21-4, posting a bond, letter of
credit, or certificate of deposit with the division in the amount of $ 100,000; (b) make a false statement, or fail to state a material fact, in connection with an application for registration with the division; (c) charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration prior to full and complete performance of the
services the
credit services organization has agreed to perform for the buyer; (d) dispute or challenge, or assist a person in disputing or challenging an entry in a
credit report prepared by a consumer
reporting agency without a factual basis for believing and obtaining a written statement for each entry from the person stating that that person believes that the entry contains a material error or omission, outdated information, inaccurate information, or unverifiable information; (e) charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration solely for referral of the buyer to a retail seller who will or may extend
credit to the buyer, if the
credit that is or will be extended to the buyer is upon substantially the same terms as those available to the general public; (f) make, or counsel or advise any buyer to make, any statement that is untrue or misleading and that is known, or that by the exercise of reasonable care should be known, to be untrue or misleading, to a
credit reporting agency or to any person who has extended
credit to a buyer or to whom a buyer is applying for an extension of
credit, with respect to a buyer's creditworthiness,
credit standing, or
credit capacity; (g) make or use any untrue or misleading representations in the offer or sale of the
services of a
credit services organization or engage, directly or indirectly, in any act, practice, or course of
business that operates or would operate as fraud or deception upon any person in connection with the offer or sale of the
services of a
credit services organization; and (h) transact any
business as a
credit services organization, as defined in Section 13 -21-2, without first having registered with the division by paying an annual fee set pursuant to Section 63J -1-504 and filing proof that it has obtained a bond or letter of
credit as required by Subsection (2).
Businesses rely on the accuracy of the
credit history to make sound decisions and if the
credit reports were rife with inaccuracy, any usefulness or credibility would be undermined and we would provide no useful
service.
«
Credit Services Organization» does not include any of the following: (i) a person authorized to make loans or extensions of credit under the laws of this State or the United States who is subject to regulation and supervision by this State or the United States, or a lender approved by the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for participation in a mortgage insurance program under the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. Section 1701 et seq.); (ii) a bank or savings and loan association whose deposits or accounts are eligible for insurance by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation, or a subsidiary of such a bank or savings and loan association; (iii) a credit union doing business in this State; (iv) a nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, [FN1] provided that such organization does not charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration prior to or upon the execution of a contract or other agreement between the buyer and the nonprofit organization; (v) a person licensed as a real estate broker by this state if the person is acting within the course and scope of that license; (vi) a person licensed to practice law in this State acting within the course and scope of the person's practice as an attorney; (vii) a broker - dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission or the Commodity Futures Trading Commission acting within the course and scope of that regulation; (viii) a consumer reporting agency; and (ix) a residential mortgage loan broker or banker who is duly licensed under the Illinois Residential Mortgage License Act of
