When the 20/20 Commission created Working Groups in February, 2010, it initially called one of them «Law Firm Regulation / Alternative
Business Structures Working Group,» [12] or, alternatively, «Entity Regulation / Alternative
Business Structures Working Group.»
Instead, the Commission recommends that the Entity Regulation / Alternative
Business Structures Working Group develop a White Paper on how to «help lawyers and law firms think more systematically about how to better serve clients.»
