I was tempted just to make
plain vanilla cupcakes this week
but inspiration struck me when I was watching the World Cup: black and white cupcakes, inspired by the colors of a soccer ball.
I made this with unsweetened
plain almond milk and 1 tsp of
vanilla extract since I misread the ingredient
but otherwise it turned out beautiful and I could not believe it, my chia pudding actually set overnight!
I prefer to use
vanilla yogurt in this recipe,
but since we all like different flavors, why not buy
plain yogurt?
The cookies were lovely,
but I think I liked the
plain dough best since the
vanilla still had that fresh aromatic quality to it.
I used
vanilla flavored whey protein in my smoothie
but plain would work just as well.
Layering it with
plain or
vanilla dairy - free yogurt makes for an extra special treat
but it's also delicious without.
You could switch out the french
vanilla yogurt for
plain yogurt to cut out some of the sugar,
but be sure to add a little

The almond butter: I list almond butter in the ingredient list
but I have made this recipe using
plain almond butter,
vanilla almond butter, sunflower seed butter and a combination!
So far I have come across two varieties, one just
plain banana flour and the other with something added, (not on label)
but smells like could be
vanilla.
