I would recommend seeing how you tolerate it without the nut milk in the
morning coffee and perhaps add a bit more coconut oil or grass - fed
butter which are primarily small and medium chain fats.
I have never used grass fed
butter in my
coffee in the
mornings, I buy my
butter from Costco and the only organic one they have has salt in it.
