For one, my husband and I absolutely love our cereal in the morning (just posted this
on my site today for homemade granola that we always add to cereal) and for two, peanut
butter and jelly is pretty much the greatest
combo and I can never get enough of it.

Made the frosting, too... I made a similar
combo of mascarpone cheese and whipping cream for to top a keto cheesecake I make, but ever since I saw a frosting being made
on TV with egg whites, sugar and
butter I've been wanting to try making something similar subbing in Swerve — I am wondering how something like that would taste
on these?

Things I changed: - cut the sugar by about half, using mostly dark brown sugar for the molasses kick - scratched the nutmeg and allspice but added about 1/3 extra of all of the other spices and also added nearly a tsp of ground cardamon - replaced the veggie oil with melted leaf lard - scratched the raisins - baked it
on a deep sheet for only ~ 20 minutes - just barely until firm to the touch - then cut that sheet into three layers - replaced the icing with my own 16 ounce cream cheese, 8 ounce
butter, ~ 6 ounce heavy cream, ~ 5 ounce honey, 1 tsp vanilla
combo - toasted the coconut before dressing the cake.
Although you can do a lot with corn
on the cob, nothing beats the classic
combo of corn, a bit of
butter and salt.
It also has a rich peanut
butter quality to it and when I think of peanut
butter, the classic peanut
butter and jam
combo always comes to mind, no doubt because Nick has it
on his toast evert morning.
My other variations
on this concept have been huge reader hits, and I think you'll love this one just as much — I totally did — although I'm always up for anything involving the almond
butter & jelly
combo.
Meghan, If you make crepes with spinach and cranberry honey
butter I will eat them, but I'll go
on record now as saying I'm as suspicious as my kids look when I verbally offered that
combo to them just now.
I've tried the recipe with only arrowroot, only soda, a
combo of both, adding Shea
