butter and honey.
I'm not generally a fan of single - macronutrient products like
protein powders anyway and try to get my nutrients from whole foods as much as possible, but it's nice to have the option sometimes if I'm making a
shake or smoothie to get a
protein boost as I just haven't seemed to build up the stomach capacity on an plant based diet to fit all that food
in there, and sometimes I just want a break from nut / seed
butters, quinoa and whole soy.

Some of my greens shortcuts are to include greens
in a
protein shake, have raw veggies as snacks (usually with peanut
butter or Greek yogurt), make a big mixed greens salad for the week
in advance that I have with a
protein and carb (I keep the salad un-dressed to keep it from getting soggy).
Try
shaking up your egg routine with an almond
butter and collagen - packed smoothie or by adding
in some chia pudding — both equally quick, easy, and
protein - dense but with some flavor variation that'll make you excited to jump out of bed
in the morning and tackle your day.
So that's kind of the point that I hinge upon is adding that extra tablespoon of coconut oil if you're gonna do like a beef
protein shake or adding that extra tablespoon of
butter on top of your steamed broccoli
in your veggies.
