Last night G and I stayed in and he cooked the most delicious lemon herb chicken with a side of
butter lettuce salad, grilled zucchini and herbed rice.
I made this with a pork tenderloin instead of a pork loin and served it with rice and
a butter lettuce salad.
The honey tahini dressing that is included in
the butter lettuce salad is simple and delicious and can be applied to any other salad, really.
