I'd eat my Weet - bix with peanut
butter on top if there weren't any toasted products on offer.
Drizzle some melted almond
butter on top if you're feeling fancy.

If you're a fan of sweets in the morning, try cinnamon
on a apple, in your oatmeal, or
on top of toast with some peanut
butter.
And
if you've got a little nut
butter at home, that's also good
on top.
Because as
if chocolate, peanut
butter, and browned
butter weren't enough, half of these cookies are spread with more peanut
butter and the other half go into the oven with a marshmallow
on top.
However,
if you have diabetes / pre-diabetes and you are including bananas as part of a whole meal then I would just balance them with some healthy fat (avocados, nuts, etc.) You could have a banana
on top of a piece of sprouted whole grain toast with some almond
butter and that would be a good option.
(remove the
butter if you haven't already — place in
on top of the stove to keep it warm!)
And
if you want to get indulgent, drizzle some nut
butter, tahini, or melted chocolate
on top of your smoothie bowl.
