butter in a sealed jar, or if you keep it in the fridge it will
last for
over a month, but I love to keep it at room temperature and I have never had problems with it, but this might be because a jar never
lasts me for more than 2 - 3
weeks!
I just made some of this
last week next to some chowder with some thick lager, and smeared it all
over with salted parsley
