butter running down the sides.

However, if you use a regular cake pan, wait for the cake to cool
down about 10 minutes, then use a
butter knife to
run around the
sides of the pan.
Simply assemble everything but the
butter in your blender, and
run until you have a smooth batter — you may want to scrape
down the
sides of the blender once or twice.

butter 2 pieces at a time, scraping
