If you go down this route I would suggest using about 1/3 less oil than the amount of
butter the recipe states.
The butter recipe states that you need heavy cream, seltzer water and salt, but when you follow the instructions, it starts off telling you to put the milk and butter into a saucepan and stir until the butter melts.
