Could you replace the coconut oil &
butter with cacao butter to prevent the chocolates from melting at room temperature?

I just made these
with banana instead of raspberries and coconut oil instead of
cacao butter....
Then pit the dates and add them to the food processor along
with the almond
butter, ground almonds, maple syrup,
cacao powder and
cacao butter.
I do have cocoa
butter but I'm not sure if I can use it interchangeably
with the
cacao butter!

In a bowl mix the cashew flour
with the maple syrup and the melted
cacao butter.
Then pour the
butter into a bowl
with the
cacao, maple syrup and salt.
Place the
cacao butter in a saucepan and melt on a low heat
with the almond
butter.

with some homemade coconut cream,
cacao and nut

Hi Ella, I was running low on ingredients so instead of using almonds I used activated pumpkin seeds, I replaced
cacao with natural peanut
butter and I added some cinnamon and vanilla and I didn't add maple syrup.
Top
with fresh berries or pomegranate, bee pollen,
cacao nibs, coconut flakes and nut
butter.
I did have a problem
with the chocolate separating from the
cacao butter as well though.
The white chocolate drizzle, made
with cacao butter and cashews, adds a nice, extra bit of texture to the creamy berry base, but the creamsicles are great on their own as well, in case you don't want to bother
with the drizzle.

with coconut oil, although the
cacao butter gives it the lovely chocolatey flavor that we all love.
Melt the
cacao butter over a double boil and then add it to the food processor
with the other ingredients.
I just made these, replacing the
cacao butter with coconut oil and the maple syrup
with carob syrup and they are lovely!
Once the
cacao butter is melted, pour it into a mixing bowl
with the raw
cacao powder, salt and maple syrup.
The chocolate top and bottom is rich and deeply chocolatey thanks to the use of
cacao butter, and my favorite way to sweeten it is
with maple syrup (honey is also a great option).
I love my overnight oats
with almond
butter and
cacao nibs!

My recipes are simple, they're all dairy - free
with the exception of ghee (which isn't really dairy), but this can easily be substituted
with coconut oil or
cacao butter.
The brownie is made
with frozen bananas, almond milk, chocolate protein powder (again, if you have a plain protein powder, you can add
cacao powder and maple syrup or stevia), and the peanut
butter cookie crumble is made
with coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon, almond or cashew
butter, maple syrup and dairy - free milk.
